Friends (and Family) with Benefits

Often times in my photo-line-of-work, I require models. And lucky for me, I have a lot of good looking friends and family who are (mostly) more than willing. And it occurred to me recently that I have a LOT of images with friends and / or family that have ended up on magazine covers, in ads, on websites and social media campaigns. They may be just a hand of a friend who has accompanied me on a shoot, or they may be full-fledged face-front models, holding a product or eating food, or they may be famous already, and I’m just there to photograph them.

I am often told by friends and family that they will be out running errands, or at a shop, or picking up the kids, when someone will approach them saying they recognize them, but they’re not sure where from! Often it’s from here…on my blog. And sometimes, it’s from the publications they end up in. (this is bound to happen in this fantastic┬ásmall town).

Occasionally, I will get the urge to leaf through my own photos, sometimes finding ones I’ve never shared, sometimes just to see where I’ve been, and where I’ve gotten to. Here, are a few of my beloved beauties.
