As usual, I find myself in my kitchen and drawn to the food bling. Shiny fruit, sparkling liqueurs, sharp cooking tools. And so, what would have taken an hour maybe, morphs into three, as I document the steps it takes to make these savory cocktail cookies. These are Christmas in a cookie…orange, feta, pistachios. But not sweet. They are meant to be served with a cocktail, cheese, charcuterie. A simple accompaniment.
